The renowned leader of the undercurrents in Trey is looking for someone to kidnapp the prince of the neighboring kingdom of Harrow. Alexis, a young assasin, persuades him that although it is not her usual mission, she is the right person for the job. Retrieving Prince Tristan from the well guarded castle proves to be the easiest part of the mission . Her journey back to Trey with the prince in tow is filled with difficulties and enlightenment. Prince Tristan works his way into Alexis’ heart but before she can let him go a bounty hunter finds them. Alexis and Tristan dispatch their pursuer but now both of their lives are in jeopardy.
